How Does a Remote Body Code Session Work?

Updated: Aug 13

One of the questions I'm asked most often is:

"How can a Body Code session work if we're not in the same room?"

It's a great question, and it's completely natural to be curious.

Sessions are completed remotely

All of my sessions are carried out remotely.

This means you don't need to travel or be physically present for the session to take place.

Many people appreciate being able to receive a session from the comfort of their own home, wherever they are in the world.

How does it work?

Within the Body Code system, practitioners use muscle testing to communicate with the subconscious mind.

When working remotely, I act as a proxy for you during the session.

In simple terms, this means I'm asking questions on your behalf while following the Body Code process to identify the body's priorities.

The goal is always to listen to what your body is communicating at that particular moment.

Does distance matter?

One of the unique aspects of the Body Code is that sessions are designed to be carried out either in person or remotely.

The process itself is the same.

The focus remains on identifying the body's priorities and supporting energetic balance.

Many clients are surprised to learn that they don't need to be sitting in front of me for the session to take place.

What do I need to do?

Very little.

There's no special preparation required.

Some clients choose to relax quietly during the session.

Others continue with their normal day.

Either approach is absolutely fine.

I simply ask that you remain open to the process and drink plenty of water afterwards, as hydration is often recommended following a session.

What happens afterwards?

After your session, I prepare a personalized report explaining the imbalances that were identified and the corrections that were made.

Where appropriate, I also include simple explanations to help you better understand the findings.

I want you to come away not only knowing what was found, but also having a clearer understanding of your body's priorities.

Every session is unique

Just as no two people are exactly alike, no two Body Code sessions are the same.

Your body chooses what it wishes to communicate during each session.

Some people seek support for physical discomfort.

Others are exploring emotional wellbeing, stress or general balance.

Every session unfolds according to the body's priorities at that particular time.

A gentle reminder

The Body Code is a complementary wellness modality and is not intended to diagnose, treat or replace medical care.

It is one approach to supporting overall wellbeing while working alongside conventional healthcare when appropriate.

Final thoughts

One of the things I enjoy most about remote sessions is how accessible they make this work.

Whether you're in the next town or on the other side of the world, you can receive a session without the need to travel.

Sometimes the greatest gift is simply creating the space to listen to what your body has been trying to communicate all along.
